When you use Hartfelt Navigator™, we collect account information you provide (name, email, organization), assessment responses you submit, and product usage such as pages visited and features used. Payment processing is handled by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.
How we use it
We use your information to deliver the product — personalizing your AI Transformation Report, grounding AI Advisor conversations in your business context, and providing customer support. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for advertising.
Storage and security
Data is stored in managed infrastructure with row-level security enforcing that only your organization can read your data. Application access requires authentication. Backups are encrypted at rest.
Your choices
You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account by emailing us via the Contact page. We honor requests promptly.
