Your account
You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials confidential.
Purchases
One-time purchases grant lifetime access to the specific Operating System purchased. Subscriptions renew until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your Account page.
Refunds
Contact us within 14 days of purchase if a product isn't what you expected. We evaluate refund requests case-by-case and aim to be fair.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service — no attempts to break authentication, no abuse of AI Advisors, no automated scraping. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that harm other Builders or the service.
Content ownership
You own the content you create in Hartfelt. Hartfelt owns its frameworks, Operating Systems, brand, and product.
